Part 1: During the first two days, learn about Rational Unified Process (RUP).

Part 2: On the third and forth days, dive deeper into the changes needed to transition from traditional to iterative project management.

No knowledge of RUP is assumed.
Required Experience	There are no prerequisites for this course. However, individuals that have had no exposure to RUP can benefit by having previously taken WBT: Principles of Rational Unified Process. You should have some project management experience.
