Course introduction

Part 1: During the first two days, learn about Rational Unified Process (RUP).

Part 2: On the third and forth days, dive deeper into the changes needed to transition from traditional to iterative project management.

Course participants
This is an advanced, fast paced boot camp course for individuals who fill the role of process engineers, technical managers, project leads, analysts and designers, software architects and engineers, configuration management individuals, testing and quality-assurance individuals, and individuals who need an overview of the RUP. No knowledge of RUP is assumed.
Required Experience

There are no prerequisites for this course. However, individuals that have had no exposure to RUP can benefit by having previously taken WBT: Principles of Rational Unified Process. You should have some project management experience.
