Disassociating a document from a use case

This procedure removes the association between the use case, the document, and the requirement in the document associated to the use case.

To remove the association between a Rational XDE use case to a Rational RequisitePro requirements document

  1. Open the XDE model that is associated with a requirement.
  2. In the Model Explorer or in the diagram window, right-click the use case.
  3. Click RequisitePro > Disassociate from RequisitePro.

    4. The document and the associated requirement within the document are disassociated from the use case. A message informs you that the disassociation is complete.

  4. Click OK.
