This dialog box indicates that some of the RequisitePro projects referenced by the Rose model file cannot be found. This condition can be caused by moving files, deleting them, or by a problem with network resources if your projects are located in another network location. We recommend that you address this issue by repairing the incorrect associations in the Rose model or by addressing any network resource issues, then convert the revised .mdl file to overwrite the .mdx file that has already been created.
This dialog box lets you migrate associations only from the available RequisitePro projects, then restore the connections to the missing RequisitePro projects manually as necessary, or skip migrating any RequisitePro associations.
Note Migrating associations from Rose to XDE changes the name and text mapping between model elements and requirements. If you migrate these associations and then return to working with the Rose model, you must reestablish the associations to the original Rose model for each associated requirement and document on an individual basis. To avoid this, we recommend that you evaluate the integration between RequisitePro and XDE using test projects and models before migrating a production-level RequisitePro integration from Rose to XDE. For more information, see Name and text links in documents.
This dialog box contains the following options:
|
Yes |
Creates an XDE model from the Rose model and migrates the available RequisitePro associations. This removes the associations in RequisitePro to Rose. The appropriate RequisitePro fields in the new XDE model are populated with the paths to available RequisitePro projects referenced in the Rose model.
|
|
No |
Creates an XDE model from the Rose model but does not migrate the RequisitePro
associations. |
Caution After performing this migration, do not continue to work in the original Rose model to modify use cases that are associated with RequisitePro. To avoid confusion, we recommend that you archive the original Rose model file for reference or backup purposes, and work only in the new XDE model.
