Configuring Rational XDE models for the integration

To integrate a new Rational XDE model with a Rational RequisitePro project, you must apply the RequisitePro profile to the XDE model. The RequisitePro profile is automatically applied to a model created with the Use Case model template. For existing models, you must apply this profile manually.

  1. Click File > New > File.

The New File dialog box opens.

  1. Expand Rational XDE and click Use Case.

  2. Click the Use-Case Model template in the template pane.

  3. Click Open.

The new model is created and the integration is enabled.
