To manage a use case using attributes, such as priority or iteration, you must associate the use case with a Rational RequisitePro requirement.
To associate a use case with a new RequisitePro requirement, you must have "Create" permission for that requirement type in RequisitePro. See your RequisitePro project administrator for appropriate permissions.
Note If the use-case model element does not have text in its Model Documentation window, you cannot associate it to a new requirement.
A new requirement is created in the RequisitePro project and placed in a new document, or an existing document with the same name as the associated model element. The name and text of the requirement are copied from the name and text of the use case.
