Assigning attribute values to a use case

The requirement attributes of a use case are managed in an associated Rational RequisitePro requirement. The Requirement dialog box opens to the Attributes tab by default. You can use the General and Revision tabs to review and edit other requirement attributes. In addition, you can use the Traceability tab to add traceability between requirements in RequisitePro. To set the values of the use-case attributes

  1. Right-click a use case that is associated with a requirement.

  2. Click RequisitePro > View Requirement Properties.

    3. The Requirement dialog box opens.

  3. At the attribute fields on the Attributes tab, select or type a value for each attribute field. Do not modify the RoseType, RoseModelPath, or RoseItemID attributes.

  4. Click OK to save your settings and close the dialog box.
